Simplify the Creation of Folder Access Control in Windchill Pro/INTRALINK 9.X and PDMLink

In Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 administrators are able to easily restrict or grant access at the folder level. Although it is possible to create and assign access control domains to folders in Windchill Pro/INTRALINK 9.X and PDMLink, it requires several dozen steps in four separate user interfaces to add Access Control to a single folder. This process is time consuming and very challenging to maintain over time.

linkSecurity addresses this manual creation of folder level access control by allowing the Windchill administrators to run an automated script whenever needed to re-configure the access control domains automatically.
