MINNEAPOLIS, MN, October 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ArcStone Technologies, a Minneapolis web design, programming & marketing firm is pleased to announce the sale of one of its business divisions and SaaS offerings - Wonderfile.

Wonderfile is a cloud-based online storage service that helps users publish, archive and share files online.

ArcStone created Wonderfile to address the need for a light-weight, easy-to-use online storage product. Last spring, the company began seeking a partner who could help market Wonderfile and earlier this month struck a deal with the Rochester, NY-based company BlueTie. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

They have a mature network of affiliates and resellers with approximately 250,000 business customers.
